Amanda Lollar animal cruelty Bat World Sanctuary in Mineral Wells, Texas. Amanda Lollar told Judge William Brigham that the factual reports I made to authorities about her were defamation. The Judge ruled they were not defamation. These reports are factual and honest therefore not defamatory. These reports were made well over a year ago.
The Texas Veterinary Board told me she committed animal cruelty and instructed me to report her. The Texas Health Department told me she was breaking the law and instructed me to report her. I reported her as instructed. I asked the USDA and Texas Parks & Wildlife Department if she was allowed to let her bats breed, if she was allowed to perform surgery on bats, if she was allowed to give rabies vaccinations. They said “No!” Amanda Lollar of Bat World Sanctuary also tried to say that my videos and photos were defamatory and proprietary. Judge did not agree with that. I can post my photos and videos.
I will be posting more complaints against Amanda Lollar and Bat World Sanctuary by City Officials, Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, Texas Health Department, her neighbors, and members of the public shortly. I received all of these many reports through Freedom of Information Act Requests.
